Description

The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO), hereby issues this Request for Services
(“RFS”) to organizations and/or individuals to:
a) draft individual and comprehensive Best Practice Guides (with practical
examples) to be used in the creation of the CAO’s new advanced level Director
Training modules which will cover the five topics outlined below; and
b) provide content expertise in the development of the CAO’s new advanced level
Director Training online modules on five key topics. Specifically, the vendor
(content writer) will work closely with the CAO’s online learning vendor
(instructional designer) to craft the approved CAO topic specific Best Practice
Guides into learner-centric online modules which will focus on the practical
application of knowledge and will include scenarios, quizzes, case studies,
checklists, etc. This advanced level training will help board directors to carry out
their duties in managing their condominium corporations by providing new
modules on topics that require more in-depth training due to the complexity of the
subject matter.
