This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by The Conference Board of Canada (CBoC) to qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provisioning of a Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") system including implementation. This includes the migration of data from our current legacy system and development of any of the business process reengineering and training required to operationalize the new suite. Details are further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables") and as described as part of the listed Annexes.
