This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Conference Board of Canada (“CBOC”) to qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision of an eCommerce Software Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”) and as described as part of the listed Annexes.
The CBOC is seeking to acquire an eCommerce Software Solution, that provides a B2C, Omnichannel, bilingual (French and English) solution that enables and manages the front-end client experience and interface as well as real time integration to the CBOC supporting infrastructure including Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and ability to integrate or replace advanced tools such as Marketo and CEROS. The proposed solution should also include capabilities for: content management (images, podcasts, interactive html, etc), a powerful multifaceted end-user search, digital research library and support for subscription services. The eCommerce platform will enable a personalized, integrated channel experience that facilitates access to products, services, search, and content within a responsive design framework. The qualified proponents will deliver user experience design services to re-build and redesign the existing web interface to add additional features & functionality to the existing design that ease navigation and add value to subscribers.
