Description

The Huron County Economic Development Department requires a feasibility study for the Goderich ‘Sky Harbour’ municipal airport and the Richard W. Levan airport in North Huron. The feasibility study will analyze potential opportunities for new revenue streams to reduce operating costs and create a revenue source(s) for the Town of Goderich in its operation of the Goderich Municipal “Sky Harbour” Airport and for the Municipality of North Huron in its operation of the Richard W. Levan airport. As well, the study will include information on the airports replacement value, life expectancy of the asset, maintenance plan, and funding that needs to be placed in reserves annually to maintain and replace the asset components at their end of life expectancy.

Complete submissions shall not exceed 5 pages (single-sided, not less than 10 point font) not including cover letter and limited appendices for supporting information (experience, portfolio, resumes, work plans, scheduling, costing, etc.).

Submissions shall consist of 1 unbound printed original which must be signed and dated, and 1 electronic copy in Adobe PDF format identical to the original on a disk or memory stick. Please do not send an electronic copy via email or other internet means.

Sealed proposals must be marked clearly on the outside with

“Proposal to complete a feasibility study for Goderich Municipal Airport and Richard W. Levan Municipal Airport”
