Description

CultureLink Settlement and Community Services (‘CultureLink’) is a settlement and community organization with more than 35 years’ experience in developing and delivering services to meet the needs of diverse communities. Passionate about providing innovative services, we adapt to changes and create new programs that best respond to and address our clients’ specific needs. CultureLink has successfully completed the development of its new Strategic Plan, one that will guide the organization for the coming 5 years.

CultureLink is seeking to engage a consultant for a 6 month contract to lead, support and manage the implementation of operational and strategic priorities in line with the new Strategic Plan. The successful consultant will be a key contributor with strong leadership skills, proactive problem solving skills and the ability to drive action. The consultant will work closely with CultureLink’s senior management, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In person attendance as required. Total estimated work hours are a minimum of 250-300.
