DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. GWMS2301_81400 – Request for Standing Offer Agreement for Snow and Ice Control, Camp Aldershot,14 Wing Greenwood, NS
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Snow and Ice Control Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $44,100.00 with the option to extend for 2 additional one-year periods for a total estimated value of $132,300.00. The maximum value of a call-up is $ 5,000.00.
This contract will be in place from January 8, 2024 to April 15, 2024. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Contract may be extended for two (2) additional periods from November 15, 2024 to April 15, 2025 and November 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026, under the same terms and conditions.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
