The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct two (2) new mezzanines within an existing building including selective demolition, design and construction of structural steel, decking, stairs and railings, mechanical and electrical work.
This project contains security requirements.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $310,000.00
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised project budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000.00. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
