The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for minor recapitalization of four (4) residential housing units. Work will include mechanical, electrical, ceramic tile, doors, windows, insulation, vinyl siding, and hazardous material removal.
