Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Airfield Construction QA and Testing Services:
Project No AC202103, Standing Offer, Various Locations Across Canada
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide the following “as and when required” services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various locations across Canada.
- Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Activities including Construction Inspections and Field and Lab Testing
- Geotechnical Engineering Services
- Materials Engineering Services
- On-site Troubleshooting of Construction-Related issues
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SO will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $750,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
