Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Survey and register in Provincial Integrated Control Networks and Topographic Survey Services – Source List Services: NRE1901, Various Location in Canada
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Source List (SL)to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) firms, who will be placed on a SL with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $2,000,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year period for a potential total of 5 years. The SL may be increased by $3,000,000 at any point for a potential total of $5,000,000.
Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $200,000. The SL does not have a maximum value for commissions.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
