Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above.
A site visit will be held on the following date, time, and location.  It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

Location: Building B71, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB.
The SOA will be for a period of 0ne (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $500,000.00 for the first term. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $1,500,000.00 for each additional period for a total maximum value of 6,500,000.00 for all 5 terms. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 500,000.00.
This contract will be in place from Notification of Award to March 31, 2026. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this contract may be extended for four (4) additional one-year periods from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028, April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029 and April 1, 2030 to March 31, 2031, under the same terms and conditions.
