DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. CL93222_73613CN – Renovate for New Battery Shop, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for renovation of the existing building components mainly electrical, mechanical and architectural items including floor slab.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
Tenderers wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible. The following information is required when requesting the site visit:
- List of all expected attendees.
- Identification number for each of the expected attendees, which can be a passport number or driver’s license number (identification is required to gain access to the site and needs to be valid).
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,050,000.00.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 320 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
