Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above.
The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 2,775,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $ 2,775,000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 200,000.00.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
