Description

The Deer Lake Regional Airport Authority (DLRAA) is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a functional plan and concept design for the next phase of terminal growth and to develop concepts to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint. Since the last major expansions in the late 2000s, passenger growth and airline service patterns at Deer Lake Regional Airport have evolved, leading to capacity challenges. In 2024, the Deer Lake Regional Airport Authority (DLRAA) completed a 20-year master plan, identifying space deficiencies and proposing high-level solutions. This RFP outlines the scope, design philosophy, proposal requirements, and project schedule associated with the next steps in developing these concepts.
