The District of Chetwynd is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals or organizations who are interested in organizing and hosting a community dance event beginning at 6:00 p.m. on July 1, 2018, Canada Day Celebration in Spirit Park. Please submit a concept including the following
: Name of individual/organization who will host the dance
Contact numbers and email
Entertainment to be provided
Will licensed beverages be sold?
Hours dance to be held on July 1, 2018
The hosting individuals or organization will be responsible for all refreshments, liquor license, entertainment, security, fees, expenses, marketing, setup and take-down.
