The District of Chetwynd is inviting quotes for the supply of the following goods to the Chetwynd & District Rec Centre:
Commercial grade tables, impact resistant, polyethylene or ABS plastic, with heavy duty, powder coated steel frame and locking, folding legs.
Twenty (20) tables at six (6) feet in length
Five (5) tables at eight (8) feet in length
One (1) dolly or cart for eight (8) foot tables
One (1) dolly or cart for six (6) foot tables
All quotes must be complete and include all applicable product specifications, taxes, freight, delivery, and any other related costs.
The District of Chetwynd reserves the right to reject any and all quotes for any reason, or to accept any quote received; which the District of Chetwynd, in their unrestricted discretion, deems most advantageous to their selves. The greatest or any quote may not necessarily be accepted.
All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
