These Instructions apply to and govern the preparation of tenders for this Contract. The Contract is generally for the following work:Milling of approximately 53,000 square meters paved roadway Paving of approximately 11,500 tonnes of hot mix asphaltRemoval and replacement of 540 meters of concrete curb & sidewalk
