Description

This janitorial services covers approximately 35 EasyPark parking lots and garages with a total of about 9800 spaces. The scope of services covers the requirements for the Contractor to perform parking lots and parking garage cleaning services. The services will include, but is not limited to, parking garage sweeping, garbage collection and removal, and cleaning up of the public areas around the parking lots and garages.
EasyPark is looking for a Contractor to provide janitorial services for the parking lots and parkades of our Landlords. The scope of work for these services is addressed in the Scope of Work Part D, and the locations and service requirements are outlined in Appendix A – Zone Breakdown and Appendix B – Services Breakdown.
