The EE Football Club Limited Partnership (hereafter referred to as "the Club") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Video Production Control Room (VPCR) services. These services are essential for the successful production of live and pre-recorded video content, ensuring high-quality video production, seamless integration, and real-time monitoring. The Club intends to work with a vendor who can provide a robust, efficient, and professional control room operation to ensure high-quality video production at Edmonton Elks home football games, and events.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the operation of the VPCR, during Edmonton Elks home football games. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the necessary personnel, equipment, and services to manage the control room, execute video production tasks, and deliver finished content that meets the Club's expectations. NOTE: The successful vendor will also have the opportunity to bid on additional events hosted at Commonwealth Stadium. Any production services for non-Elks events will be coordinated by the City of Edmonton.
