In order for TREBB to be current with duress alarm technology and be able to monitor and track panic alarms in real time, the entire system will require an upgrade. The duress system will be located at TRREB Headquarters at 1400 Don Mills Road. Bidders are asked to provide their design recommendations, equipment recommendations, and installation and equipment costs to address TRREB's duress/ panic system requirements
