2019068 - Fort William First Nation - Office Fit-up

The Business Office Fit-up occupies the second floor and includes an area of approximately 8525sf. The suite includes private offices, open office areas, meeting rooms, café, locker area, washrooms, support staff and storage areas. Mechanical Room and Janitor room partitions are existing.  The work to fit up the space will include:
.1 New drywall and window sills to the unfinished interior of the building envelope.
.2 New drywall and steel stud interior partitions, and furring of existing columns.
.3 New flooring, base, acoustic tile and gypsum board ceiling, wood finish accents, wood doors and hollow metal frames, and painting throughout.
.4 New operable partition.
.5 New staff washrooms utilizing existing plumbing rough-ins.
.6 New barrier free universal washroom.
.7 Custom millwork at Reception/Print Room, Print/Files Room, Café, and Smudging Room.
.8 New power, data and lighting throughout the entire suite.
.9 New mechanical throughout the entire suite.
