Artisan Roe, Art Studio, Rocky Harbour, NL

Tenders are invited for the construction of the Artisan Roe Art Studio, at 31 Main Street, Rocky Harbour, NL. Tender Documents will be available on MERX, Aug 1st, 2017.

Sealed tenders will be received up to 3:00 pm Tuesday, Aug 22, 2017 at the office of Fougere Menchenton Architecture and shall be submitted on forms provided in the Tender document in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the name of Bidder, Project Title, Owner’s name, Closing Date and addressed to Fougere Menchenton Architecture.

The scope of this work generally involves the renovation of the existing building, interior, and exterior along with site work and landscaping, for the Artisan Roe, Art Studio project.

Requirements for tendering and bonding are outlined in the Instructions to Bidders included in the specifications.

Inquiries are to be posted to the MERX website by using “create questions” up to 5 business days before tender closing date.

The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
