Work of this Contract comprises of, but not limited to, renovation of the existing facilities
for the Lionel Kelland Hospice Building – a 3 storey structure with an approximately 860
m2 footprint. Work will include replacement of exterior envelope, interior partitioning and finishes, structural reinforcement of roof, demolition and rebuilding of the front entry area, adding two new elevators, and general site work. The work also includes all associated Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical components.
