All Supplier initiated contacts and questions regarding this RFP must be directed through MERX. Questions that are submitted shall be answered and posted public for all vendors, to the extent possible without interfering with the quality or fairness of the RFP process. The College shall endeavor to exclude confidential or proprietary information from the distributed material. Verbal responses to any inquiry are NOT binding on either party.
Vendors need to submit a proposal that sets out the separate costs for the project delivery and a separate cost for services and support. Prices quoted will be deemed to be:
- In Canadian dollars.
- Inclusive of duty, FOB destination, and delivery charges where applicable; and
- Exclusive of any applicable taxes.
