C-147a - Patchy Valley Resource Road, Bishop's Falls area, the clearing of 3.80ha of right of-way, the new construction of 1.90km of type “C-2” resource road, 11.00km of ditching, 9.00km of vegetation removal, 1.24km surfacing, 20 loads of fill, install concrete block abutments on existing 24' bridge, 1 bridge repair (26') and the grading of 9.3km.
