Fax bids will NOT be accepted for this tender.
Tenders will be opened publicly in room SP-2010, Spencer Hall,
shortly after the closing on the date specified.
In the event that the university is closed earlier than normally expected on the day of a tender closing, the closing date will be extended to the next business day for the university at the same time as originally stated.
The university does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
