Statement of Work:

Remove and replace with new, Two (2) existing boiler burners.

Burner Product:
Equal to Weishaupt, Q1180715_60 HP and Q1180717_50 HP, fully modulating, mounted motor starter box, KS20 modulating controller, PT1000 temperature sensor. Contractor to verify unit compatibility with existing boilers on site prior to ordering.

Vendors must acknowledge that each of the addendums relative to this tender that were posted to the web site have been read and understood by completing the required section on the Bid/Tender form.
