Description

Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) Eastern Urban Zone is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of leased space for its Executive Offices in the St. John’s Metro area. This procurement will be administered in accordance with the specifications and requirements within this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act. The estimated size of this site based on the Space Program in Appendix III is approximately 6800 net square feet.

The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into an agreement with NLHS for the leasing of professional office accommodations as specified in this RFP for a contract term of ten (10) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) five (5) year periods as outlined in Schedule B – Financial Proposal. The RFP terms and conditions are to be applied to the Term and any extensions of the Term.
