Description

Newfoundland Health Services (NLHS) is administering this tender to submit proposals for Leased climate-controlled Warehouse Space. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of five (5) years with extension options of five (5) years + five (5) years.

LOCATION:
Location of the proposed space must be located within 25 kilometers of the Health Sciences Centre, 300 Prince Philip Drive, St. John’s, NL.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Bid Instructions:

The basic rent shall include utility charges, city taxes, parking, garbage pick-up, snow clearing of parking lot/delivery space/walkways as required for access, lawn care and operations, management, and daily building maintenance services.

Bidders shall provide pricing on a per square foot basis of storage space. NL Health Services shall be billed monthly.
