Description

Newfoundland Health Services is administering this tender to submit proposals for Leased Warehouse Space. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

LEASED SPACE SPECIFICATIONS:
The leased space must meet all mandatory requirements listed below and comply with latest editions of the National Building Code of Canada and the National Fire Code of Canada and local fire codes having jurisdiction. A list of the products to be stored in the facility will be provided upon contract award to allow the successful proponent the ability to determine the required classification of the facility.

The basic rent shall include utility charges, city taxes, parking, garbage pick-up, snow clearing of parking lot/delivery space/walkways as required for access, lawn care and operations, management, and daily building maintenance services.
