Description

NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP to create a standing offer agreement (SOA) to engage the professional services of multiple world class recruitment firms to assist in Newfoundland & Labrador’s domestic and international health professional recruitment efforts, specifically physicians.

While the primary focus of this RFP in the near term will be physician recruitment, other healthcare professionals could also be considered over time. For clarity, any positions recruited from this RFP (and the resulting SOA) will become employees of NLHS.

This scope of work will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in the RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
