Description

Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this tender on behalf of Eastern Metro and Eastern Rural Zones to submit proposals for Laundry Transportation in Bell Island and Clarenville. Bidders will have the ability to bid on one or both locations.

This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act

Service Interruption	Should Service Provider’s service be interrupted by, including but not limited to, illness, vacation, staffing/recruitment problems or mechanical failure, service provider is responsible for securing a replacement courier which replacement must be satisfactory to NLHS. In this case, the successful bidder must ensure that the replacement courier fully complies with any obligations under this agreement. Contract Performance	If, in the opinion of NLHS, service delivery is not meeting the requirements of this contract, NLHS will notify the courier in writing of their failure to perform. The courier will have a maximum of 30 days to remedy the failure. Adverse Weather	During adverse weather conditions, service provider must maintain service until such time a decision is made by NLHS to withdraw service.
