Description

The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (“WorkplaceNL”) is inviting prospective Applicants to submit proposals for Travel Management Services.
WorkplaceNL intends to contract with a single supplier of services for all regions, or to contract with separate providers to ensure the provision of services to all regions to provide Travel Management Services.

Services include booking and managing travel for WorkplaceNL staff and clients including, but not limited to:

Airline Reservations
Hotel/accommodation reservations
Vehicle rentals
24 hour emergency services
Obtaining best value fares

Travel arrangements for clients and staff may be required for both within and outside of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The successful Applicant(s) will be responsible for administration of any preferred airline rate structures available to WorkplaceNL.
