NLHS Eastern Urban Zone is requesting proposals for Community Rehabilitation and Restorative Care in a Personal Care Home to assist with client flow within NLHS and a specialized focus Rehabilitative and Restorative Care in a Personal Care Home. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
