Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador (the “Province”) to prospective respondents to submit Quotations for Industrial, Medical and Specialty Gases, Master Standing Offer Agreement, as further described in Appendix C –RFQ Particulars (Section A. The Deliverables).
The resulting Master Standing Offer Agreement shall permit any Government Department, and any public body having delegated its authority to tender to the Public Procurement Agency, to purchase on an ‘as and when required basis’, the items listed herein at the prices set against each.

Term of Contract: Start date: Date of PO Issuance to March 31, 2027
Options to Extend: 2 x 12-month periods
