Question 3	The duration of the contract shall be 1 year, October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, and provision for a one-year renewal term from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The one-year renewal shall be automatic unless the owner, at its sole discretion and without cause, cancels the renewal term by giving the contractor written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial term.
