Compliance	Under the contract terms, the contractor will provide the necessary documentation proving compliance with the Newfoundland and Labrador Boiler, Pressure Vessel & Compressed Gas Regulations and related CSA B51 Pressure Vessels & 52 Mechanical Refrigeration , ASME section 1, 1V, Section 11, Section V, B31.1, 31.3, Section 111V , Controls and Safety Devices Codes. The contractor’s procedure of Testing, Inspection and Installation shall also include National Board Inspection Code. This shall reference the contractor’s license for eligibility to repair, test and install pressure piping and pressure vessels. Must be submitted with bid response.	Yes
