Proponents are advised that a mandatory Site Visit/Proponent Briefing will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 10:00am in the boardroom located on the 2nd floor of the air terminal building at the Grande Prairie Airport. Only Proponents that have attended the mandatory Site Visit/Proponent Briefing will be allowed to submit a proposal. Requests for extras with matters that could have reasonably been foreseen through a comprehensive pre-bid site visit will not be considered or approved.

Submissions will be accepted at the office of the Chief Executive Officer until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, May 3, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Responses can be hand delivered or mailed to the Grande Prairie Airport, Suite 220, 10610 Airport Drive, Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 7Z5. The submission must be sealed and marked clearly as: “RAISED CROSSWALKS”
