Description

Seeking services of a lending institution for mortgage and construction financing to support the redevelopment of a 73-bed long term care home. Up to $15 million dollars may be required to complete the project and financing needs would be a combination of short-term construction disbursements and long-term secured commercial loan.

This RFP does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Home to enter into any contract with any firm or individual who responds. The Home reserves the right to change or cancel its requirements at any time during the RFP process.
