The Cochrane District Services Board (“CDSB”) ("Owner"), a regional service-delivery organization responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering provincially mandated programs throughout the Cochrane District in Northern Ontario, invites submissions for design-build services for a new childcare and EarlyON Centre in Black River-Matheson, Ontario.
A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 11:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The link to join the webinar is below. It is strongly recommended that Proponents test the link below in advance of the meeting and join early to avoid any possible technical issues. It is mandatory that Proponents attend the entire meeting. Proponents unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from submitting a proposal.
