The scope of work involves the work indicated in the drawings and specifications, which includes miscellaneous exterior finishes, foundation waterproofing, column protection and exterior site work involving storm-water management, a private fire-hydrant, a water backflow shed, site grading, curbs, sidewalks and asphalt paving with various landscaping elements, as indicated. A one-time Organized Mandatory Bidders Site Visit will be held for Bidders to familiarize themselves with the existing Building Exterior and Site. Contractors bidding the project
must register their name with the Consultant at the Site Visit in order to be eligible to Bid.
