Description

The scope of work involves, but is not limited to, demolition and
renovations to reinstate sleeping rooms, replace bathtubs with showers
in existing bathrooms, combine existing bathrooms into new barrierfree
accessible washrooms, a new Universal Washroom, renovations to
expand an existing Kitchen and Laundry Room, renovations to
accommodate a Dining Room, TV Room and Support spaces – including
associated hazardous materials abatement, plumbing, ventilation and
electrical, as indicated in the drawings and specifications
