RFP - 293 - Janitorial Cleaning Services

The IESO is seeking janitorial cleaning services for our Clarkson facility located in Mississauga, Ontario. Our Clarkson facility is situated on approximately nine acres of land and consists of a gated, three-story office building that is approximately 153,000 Square Feet (“sq. ft.”) in size that houses seating for approximately five hundred (500) staff and requires daily cleaning and upkeep for hygienic and safety reasons. The total square footage is comprised of 125,000 sq. ft. of office space and 28,000 sq. ft. of mechanical/electrical rooms, shipping/receiving docks and storage spaces, which require minimal cleaning. The IESO is seeking a qualified Service Provider to provide reliable and consistent service in accordance with IESO policy and standards.

The IESO is seeking a qualified Service Provider to provide janitorial cleaning services for the IESO Clarkson facility, including physical access to all Bulk Electrical System (“BES”) physical security perimeter areas, located at 2635 Lakeshore Rd. West in Mississauga, Ontario.
