The proposal shall be submitted in accordance with all submission instructions contained in RFP and shall be complete in every respect. Consultants will receive an e-mail reply/notification from IBA when the proposal is received (provide appropriate consultant response email address with RFP). Please retain a copy of this e-mail as proof the proposal was received on time.

Consultants are responsible for ensuring IBA receives the proposal on time.
