Description

The Calgary Stampede (CS) is in the process of developing an extension to the BMO Centre, to be identified as Hall F for the purposes of this RFP.This project is separate and distinct from the broader BMO Expansion project that is currently under consideration by CS.

The proposed new facility is approximately 4980 m2 of new construction that will be developed off 13th Avenue and 3rd Street SE, Calgary.The CS is soliciting responses (Proposal) through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Full Consulting Services for this exciting new project. The project will be designed and developed to be fully integrated in aesthetic and function with the adjacent Hall E of the BMO Centre.

The form of Prime consultant contract is RAIC Document 6(2017) with CS Supplemental Conditions, which are provided in the appendix. The project construction will be delivered through a Construction Management Process CCDC 5B, with CS Supplemental Conditions.The Prime Consultant will be expected to welcome the successful Construction Manager into the Project Team and support their involvement in the Integrated Design Process as an equal contributing partner.
