Description

The Successful Bidder shall complete the rehabilitation to the Dalewood Dam spillway, abutments, wingwalls & retaining walls.

The Successful Bidder shall:
• Remove and dispose of existing deteriorated concrete on the dam deck, spillway, abutments, wingwalls, piers, and retaining walls above and below the waterline.
• Install new concrete patchwork above and below the waterline.
• Install sheet pile wingwall & retaining wall forms.
• Reconstruct portions of the wingwalls and retaining walls above and below the waterline.
• Complete excavations and temporary support of slopes as required to complete the work.
• Backfill wingwalls and retaining walls, and restore slopes to original condition or better.
• Install topsoil seed and mulch.
