This Terms of Reference (TOR) defines the scope of services that the Engineer shall perform for
Anishinaabeg of Naongashiing (AON) First Nation, in the undertaking of the design engineering services required during the design, tender, construction, commissioning, and warranty periods of the proposed wastewater system upgrades (new sewage lagoon) project. This Terms of Reference also defines the conditions of the engagement. Please note that the terms “Consultant” and “Engineer” shall be used interchangeably throughout this document.
