The Belvedere Apartment Complex is an exciting 5-storey wood frame multifamily project designed with a unique above ground parking structure wrapped with residential units. Visually the parking structure is hidden and having the parkade above ground allows for the opportunity for residents to park on the same level as their suite.
Excavation is aimed to start on March 1, 2023, and in noting that we would ask each Contractor estimate their start date on the project.
