TENDER NOTICE for Rénovations École publique Renaissance – Bureau régional
Timmins, Ontario
The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario wishes to provide notice of the current tendering for interior renovation work at École publique Renaissance, located at 301 Shirley Street, Timmins, Ontario, as required to provide a new regional board office space and relocated Weight Room program.
The scope of work for the project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, interior removal and demolition work, new partitions, doors, windows and screens, acoustical ceilings, gypsum board bulkheads, finished flooring, millwork, painting, whiteboards, tackboards, mirrors, mechanical, electrical and fire protection work and site work to accommodate additional staff parking.
General Contractors and Major Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to tenders@leaainc.com. E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘CSPNE Renaissance Bureau regional – Request for Bid Documents’ in the subject line.

To be considered, electronic .pdf offers must be submitted by e-mail in the manner described in the Bid Documents prior to the closing date and time as stated.
Submissions made after the closing deadline will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
