TENDER NOTICE for École publique Passeport Jeunesse Site Work
Hearst, Ontario
The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario wishes to provide notice of the current tendering of the École publique Passebort Jeunesse Site Work project, located in Hearst, Ontario.
The scope of work for the projects includes, but may not be limited to, concrete curbs and drop curbs, asphalt paving at bus and vehicular drop-off routes and new parking areas, asphalt line painting, installation of Owner-supplied unit pavers c/w tactile warning strips, sod work and exterior site signage.
Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format on Tuesday, March 23rd, 2020. Contractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to the Owner (Patrick.cantin@cspne.ca). E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘CSPNE PJH Site Work – Request for Bid Documents’ in the subject line.

To be considered, electronic .pdf offers must be submitted by e-mail in the manner described in the Bid Documents prior to the closing date and time as stated.
Submissions made after the closing deadline will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
